• Any additional details you provide in your reading intake form (your current situation, what you're seeking clarity on, etc.)
• Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we never see or store your card details)

Birth data and personal context shared for readings is used solely to complete your reading. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for any other purpose.

Digital Downloads

When you purchase a digital product (guides, PDFs, etc.), we collect:

• Your name and email address (to deliver your product)
• Payment information (processed via Stripe)

Print-on-Demand Merch

When you purchase physical merchandise, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and shipping address
• Payment information (processed via Stripe)

Physical orders are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner. Your shipping name and address are shared with our fulfilment partner solely to complete your order. They are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.

General Website Use

When you visit our site, we may automatically collect:

• Supabase — secure order tracking and database storage.
• Sanity — content management for our site.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — website hosting.
• Print-on-demand partner (TBD) — fulfilment of physical merchandise orders.

Each of these services has their own privacy policy. We only share with them what's strictly necessary to deliver your order or run the site.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely and we take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Payment data is never stored on our servers — it is handled entirely by Stripe.

We retain order and reading records for a reasonable period for business and legal purposes, after which they are securely deleted.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered to your email.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us at your-order@voidandgilded.com and we'll make it right.

11. Physical Merchandise

Physical orders are fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to you. Please allow standard production and shipping times. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement.

As items are printed on demand, we do not accept change-of-mind returns on physical products.
