1. About Our Services

Void & Gilded offers the following products and services:

• Tarot readings (delivered via email within 48 hours)
• Astrology chart analyses including birth charts, solar returns, and compatibility readings (delivered within 5 business days)
• Digital downloads (guides, PDFs, and other digital products)
• Print-on-demand physical merchandise

2. Readings & Chart Analysis

Turnaround Times

Tarot readings are delivered to your email within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays). Full birth chart analyses, solar returns, and compatibility readings are delivered within 5 business days.

These timeframes are our standard commitment. If we anticipate any delay, we will contact you proactively. If you have not received your reading within the stated timeframe, please email your-order@voidandgilded.com before assuming the worst — the void occasionally loses things in the spam folder.

What You Provide

For chart-based readings, accurate birth data (date, time, and location of birth) is your responsibility to provide. We cannot be held responsible for inaccurate readings resulting from incorrect information supplied at checkout.

Entertainment Purposes

All readings, charts, and astrological content are provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — financial, legal, medical, or psychological. By purchasing, you confirm you understand and accept this.

Our Right to Decline

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reading at our discretion, including (but not limited to) requests that seek to harm others, requests for medical or legal predictions, or requests we determine to be outside the scope of our services. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

3. Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered to your email address immediately or within a short time of purchase confirmation. Once a digital file has been delivered, the sale is final and non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

You may use digital downloads for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share them publicly without written permission.

4. Physical Merchandise

Physical products are printed and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand partner. By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

• Production and shipping times vary and are estimates only
• We are not responsible for delays caused by our fulfilment partner or shipping carriers
• International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time — prices at time of purchase are honoured.

By completing a purchase, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on void-and-gilded.com — including text, images, graphics, readings, charts, and digital products — is the intellectual property of Void & Gilded / Wild Soul Designs unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, copy, republish, or use our content commercially without express written permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing with credit is appreciated but not a substitute for permission in commercial contexts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Void & Gilded and Wild Soul Designs are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or services.

We are not responsible for decisions you make based on tarot readings, astrological content, or any other material on this site. The stars inform — they don't decide.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL. Where a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy as prescribed by law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
