Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you get from Void & Gilded. This policy explains what happens if something goes wrong — and what your rights are under Australian Consumer Law.
Different product types have different policies, so read the relevant section below for your purchase type.
1. Tarot Readings
Tarot readings are a personalised, time-intensive service. Once your reading has been delivered to your email, it is non-refundable.
If you have not received your reading within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays), please check your spam folder first, then contact us at your-order@void-and-gilded.com. We will resend or resolve the issue promptly.
If we are unable to complete your reading for any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund.
2. Chart Analysis & Full Readings
Birth chart analyses, solar return readings, compatibility readings, and other chart-based services are delivered within 5 business days. These are fully personalised and non-refundable once delivered.
If incorrect birth data was provided at checkout, we are unable to offer a refund or redo the reading for free. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
If delivery is significantly delayed beyond the stated timeframe due to our error, we will offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.
3. Digital Downloads
All digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been delivered to your email. This is standard practice for digital goods under Australian Consumer Law, as the product is immediately accessible once delivered.
If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your file, contact us at your-order@voidandgilded.com within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve it — whether that means resending the file or troubleshooting access.
4. Physical Merchandise
Physical products are printed on demand and fulfilled by a third-party partner. Because each item is made specifically for your order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, contact us at your-order@voidandgilded.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will arrange a replacement or refund — whichever is appropriate. This is your right under Australian Consumer Law and we honour it fully.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfilment partner. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs, but we will do everything we can to help.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Our products and services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. If a product or service fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy — repair, replacement, or refund — as appropriate under the ACL.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email us at your-order@void-and-gilded.com with:
- Your name and order number
- What you purchased
- The reason for your request
- Any relevant photos or details
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via your original payment method through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
