Shipping Policy

This policy covers physical merchandise orders only. For digital downloads and readings, delivery is via email — no postage required, no waiting by the letterbox.

1. How Our Merch Is Made

All physical products are printed on demand — meaning each item is made specifically for your order when you place it. This means no excess stock sitting in a warehouse, and every piece is freshly made for you.

Orders are fulfilled by our third-party print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to your address.

2. Production Time

Before your order is shipped, it needs to be made. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, though this can vary during busy periods.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

Shipping times below are estimates after production is complete and do not include production time:

Australia

  • Standard shipping: 3–8 business days
  • Express shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

International

  • Standard international: 7–21 business days depending on destination
  • Delivery times may vary significantly based on local postal services and customs processing

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We appreciate your patience — good things take time, even when the cosmos is in your favour.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to follow your order's journey. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of your order, contact us at your-order@voidandgilded.com.

5. International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing or shipping costs.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If you're unsure about potential duties in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, email us at your-order@voidandgilded.com as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before production begins.

7. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please first check your tracking link. If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, contact us at your-order@voidandgilded.com and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances outside our control — but we will always do what we can to help resolve the situation.

8. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement. See our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
